- Plenty of technical challenges to take on (that's the good part!)

The stack is mainly:
- C# .NET
- APIs
- Jira
- TestComplete
- etc.
Above all we're looking for candidates aligned with Flint's values and:
- Driven by a real willingness to move forward, to build; dynamic, proactive with suggestions
- Pro-active (I don't fall asleep on deadlines and I flag quickly if things go off track…)
- Autonomous: I know how to look things up myself but I also know how to ask for help when needed, and the other way around.
- Concerned with quality (but knowing how to cut corners when you have to ship): I write clean code, follow best practices, write unit tests and don't hesitate to make myself available to the business side sometimes.
For this team we're looking for developers ideally with 3 to 10 years of experience. First professional experience required; sorry, no fresh graduates for these positions, no apprenticeships.
The position is based in Montpellier for the earliest possible start.
The position includes the following:
- Permanent contract / Cadre / day rate (SYNTEC collective agreement)
- Salary based on experience
- 1/2 day per month dedicated to side project
- 1 day per month working from home
- Profit-sharing
