Flint is a startup specialised in IT consulting and dedicated to building a stimulating international community of Technology experts.
As part of its launch, Flint is looking for an HR intern.
Responsibilities
- Writing and posting ads on various job boards, sorting CVs, phone screening, taking part in face-to-face interviews, feedback to candidates, etc.
- Onboarding: welcoming new arrivals, follow-up of the onboarding process.
- HR administration: drafting letters, contact with the accounting firm's social department for validation of employment contracts or amendments.
- Taking part in company events (meetups, Hackathons, lunches with consultants).
Currently in a Master's-type programme (university, business school), in a gap year (or not), you're looking for an internship specialised in human resources for the coming months.
- With a good sense of organisation, you know how to handle several files at once and adapt to varied issues.
- Dynamic and reactive, you show rigour in carrying out the projects entrusted to you and know how to work autonomously. You are also proactive and full of suggestions (the startup environment requires this trait).
- Fluent English is essential.
- Mastery of computer tools (word processor, Internet, Linkedin, email, etc.) is essential.
Your sense of service, your ability to adapt to different audiences and your autonomy are essential assets to succeed in this role.
Training on the new technologies sector will be provided.
You will report directly to Flint's CEO.
This internship takes place in Montpellier (Cap Omega) and will allow real immersion in a "startup" environment conducive to rapid learning and a great variety of missions.
